Alien And UFO Sightings On The Rise. What Gives?
Anybody else picking up on this? From the U.S. Navy drafting new guidelines for pilots to report encounters with “unidentified aircraft” to a Gallup Poll that found one-third of Americans now believe alien UFOs have visited the earth. Most recently, the UK’s first astronaut, went on record to say: “aliens exist, there’s no two ways about it.”
I’m intrigued that Astronauts believe aliens exist.
celebrities (of course!) have forged a special kinship with aliens
Celebrity believers include Kesha, Nick Jonas and Khloe Kardashian. West Coast celebs typically claim to have seen UFOs and spaceships hovering in their backyards. Alien explorers, it appears, are as captivated by “influencers” as are we Earthlings.

July 2 has been named World UFO Day
July 2 was selected since it is the day of the supposed Roswell UFO crash in 1947.
The stated goal of the July 2 celebration is to raise awareness of “the undoubted existence of UFOs” and to encourage governments to declassify their files on UFO sightings.
This has now become a campaign promise of Amy Klobucher, one of our Democratic candidates for president.

Just two weeks ago in Laveen, a person described a strange sighting on Dec. 18:
12News Phoenix (Jan 2, 2020)
“I was sitting at my kitchen table and I saw a saucer with blue lights, ran outside, it was cruising low and slow from South Mountain traveling northeast towards Scottsdale.”
Two separate reports on December 12 detail a similar sighting. Both describe “30 star-like objects traveling in a line.
Bottom Line.
Some people might consider belief (or fascination) with aliens and UFOs as a “fringe” movement. On the other hand, it’s hard to dismiss this out of hand since there are so many scientists involved. Some even see it as a new form of religion.
I’m not convinced either way. But I am leaning in the direction of “why not”? I just find it hard to believe we would be the only form of life in this vast universe.
What do you all think? Has anyone ever had an encounter with any form of extraterrestrial life?
